To order

1. You can place your order on our online store or send your order by fax. If you need assistance, feel free to call us at 450-621-0911, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.
2. When we receive your order, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address. This invoice must be paid in order to confirm your order.
3. Upon receipt of your order and payment, a member of our team will contact you to collect or confirm the information needed to complete your proofs (including your photo and the information that will appear on your Boucliers).
4. The current production time is 4 to 6 weeks, once you have approved the proofs.
5. When your material is ready to be shipped, we will contact you to inform you of shipping costs. You will then have the option of having your order shipped, picking up your order at our facility or having your own courier pick it up.

 

Reminder: Processing of your first order

As indicated on the order form, for your first order only, you will be charged $75 for the design and mounting of your customized tools and $32 for the two-colour printing plates. (These fees will not be charged on future orders of items included in this promotion.)
